Junior Architectural Designer in Balzers, Liechtenstein
As a Junior Architectural Designer in Balzers, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for assisting the design team in creating innovative and functional architectural designs. You will work closely with senior designers and architects to develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations for various projects. This position is suitable for male candidates of Indian nationality who are fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating design concepts and develop detailed plans and drawings
- Collaborate with senior designers to ensure designs meet project objectives and budget requirements
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and communicate with contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1000 per month.
