Commercial Architect



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations, as well as experience with project management and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process, working closely with contractors and other professionals
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent project management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Preference will be given to candidates who already have a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided, so applicants must be able to secure their own housing.
