IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company in Multan. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all technology systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for implementing new technology solutions, troubleshooting any technical issues, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure that all technology systems are secure and regularly updated
- Develop and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and provide timely resolutions
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in the IT field and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes
- Create and maintain documentation for all technology systems and processes
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, security protocols, and data management principles
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary: 1200$
