Data Mining Specialist

As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify patterns and trends, and extracting valuable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with various departments and utilize advanced techniques and tools to gather, clean, and organize data. Your role will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available. Preference for male candidates. Located in Multan, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions
- Develop custom algorithms and models for data analysis
- Clean, organize, and manipulate data using programming languages such as SQL or Python
- Communicate findings through reports, visualizations, or presentations
- Continuously monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data mining

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field
- Proven experience in data mining or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience working with databases and understanding of ETL processes
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
