Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facade Technician to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings, ensuring they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and includes free visa and ticket for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain various types of building facades, including glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Perform routine inspections to identify any issues or damage to facades
- Repair or replace damaged facade components
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure proper installation techniques
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working at heights
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks
- Keep accurate records of work completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
