Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our architectural projects in Gujrat. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects within budget. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects in Gujrat, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks effectively
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including clients and upper management
- Review architectural plans and designs to ensure they meet building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations in Gujrat
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
