Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the planning and execution of architectural projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and design concepts.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Review project designs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and making cost-effective decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, etc.

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Gujrat. As this is a full-time job without accommodation provided by the company, preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Gujrat or are willing to relocate at their own expense.

Visa:
This job does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Gujrat.

Freshers:
While this position is open to all candidates, preference will be given to those with prior experience in a similar role. Freshers with relevant education and skills are also encouraged to apply.
