Job Title: Experienced Handyman in Faisalabad


We are looking for an experienced Handyman to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and construction. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Repair or replace broken or faulty items such as appliances, furniture, and fixtures
- Complete construction projects including installation of new structures or fixtures
- Respond promptly to service requests from residents or management
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for projects and communicate with management when reorders are necessary
- Ensure all work is completed within safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating costs
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders if needed
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad.
