Office Manager - Karachi, Pakistan
As an Office Manager in our Karachi office, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and supporting our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, sending invites, and preparing materials
- Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients or customers
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting training sessions as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
