Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues for our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading computer systems, as well as training users on new technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are running smoothly
- Upgrade systems with new software or hardware as needed
- Train users on new technology or software applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
