Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings, sites, and structures according to conservation principles.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on the history and significance of the building or site being preserved
- Creating detailed preservation plans that outline the necessary repairs and maintenance work
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is carried out effectively
- Conducting regular on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Identifying potential risks or challenges in the preservation process and finding solutions
- Ensuring that all preservation work is in compliance with local regulations and guidelines
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all preservation work for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect, preferably working on historic buildings or sites
- Extensive knowledge of conservation principles, techniques, and materials
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Benefits:
