Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Create and update records and databases with accurate information
- Schedule appointments and meetings, handle calendar management
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when needed
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings as needed
- Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
