Administrator
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Lahore. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks of the company and providing support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain company records, including employee files, financial documents, and contracts
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, and vendors in a timely manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation sessions and paperwork
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
