Contract Construction Manager - Khanpur, Pakistan

We are in need of a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Monitor compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates and any potential delays or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur, Pakistan. Applicants must already have valid work authorization for Pakistan.
