Construction Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and successful completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are feasible and meet all requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any delays or issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and other construction workers
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur. We are open to candidates from any nationality who require visa sponsorship.
