Job Title: Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our firm. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver successful projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive project designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and laws
- Attend meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage changes in project scope or schedule as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural software is a plus
