Part-Time Junior Architecture Manager


We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Architecture Manager to join our team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field of architecture while also having flexibility with their schedule. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our team with various projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing and presenting project proposals
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Create 2D and 3D models using design software
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on project progress
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Degree or certification in architecture or a related field
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary: This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Location: This job is located in Lisbon, Portugal.
