Our contracting company is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Braga, Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation. We have a preference for female applicants for this role.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing building frameworks and structures such as stairways, doorframes, and partitions. You will also be expected to read blueprints and follow building plans to meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using hand or power tools
- Follow safety procedures at all times to avoid accidents or injuries
- Inspect work sites to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and tools
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Preference for female applicants due to accommodation arrangements
