As the Concierge in our luxury hotel in Braga, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist them with any inquiries or needs they may have during their stay. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spa, or other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
