Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Braga, Portugal


We are seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Braga. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other establishments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies
- Ensure lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with bonuses based on performance.
