Part-Time Handyman in Faro, Portugal


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a part-time basis in Faro, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible work hours and has experience in maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work
- Inspect properties for any damages or issues and report them to the appropriate person
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and perform minor cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with tenants professionally
- Must have own visa or be legally authorized to work in Portugal

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The expected working hours will vary depending on the needs of the properties.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
