Job Title: Office Manager
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Faro. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month, with a free visa and ticket provided for all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Plan and coordinate company events or meetings
- Handle any other duties as assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
