Merchandiser for Retail Store in Almada



We are seeking a reliable and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Almada. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating appealing product displays and ensuring that our store's merchandise is visually appealing and well-stocked. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast product demand
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Train new employees on merchandising standards and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy merchandise when restocking shelves or setting up displays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards of the store
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
