As a Baker at our bakery in Almada, Portugal, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping doughs, monitoring oven temperatures, and decorating finished products. You will also be in charge of maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery.

To excel in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of baking techniques and ingredients. You must also have excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of fresh products to our customers. Attention to detail is crucial as even the smallest mistake can affect the final product.

As our ideal candidate, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a commercial bakery. A degree or certificate in Baking or Pastry Arts is preferred but not required. You must also be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy bags of flour.
