Apprentice Baker


Our bakery in Almada is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Apprentice Baker to join our team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1800$. We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and eager to learn the skills of the trade. This is a great opportunity for someone without previous experience in the profession, as we will provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with baking and preparing various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Learning and following recipes accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Ensuring quality control of products before they are served or sold
- Assisting with inventory management
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about products and making recommendations

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but a passion for baking is a must
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced bakers
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
