Preservation Architect Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Preservation Architect Assistant to join our team in Svalbard. This part-time position is perfect for students or individuals without experience who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of preservation architecture.
As an assistant, you will work closely with our team of preservation architects to support them in various projects. Your duties will include conducting research, assisting with site surveys, creating presentations and reports, and assisting with project management tasks. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the preservation process, including documentation and conservation techniques.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for historic preservation and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A biometric passport is required for this position as it may involve travel to different project sites. Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town candidates.
