Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant (Contract)


We are hiring a qualified and experienced Dietitian to join our team as a Nutrition Consultant on a contract basis. As a Dietitian, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition plans and advice. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about nutrition, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of clients' dietary needs and goals
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on clients' health conditions, lifestyle, and preferences
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients in achieving their nutrition goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition for overall health and wellness
- Keep up-to-date with current research and trends in the field of nutrition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Valid license or certification as a Registered Dietitian
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Dietitian or Nutrition Consultant
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of principles of human nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry
- Experience working with diverse populations and developing culturally-sensitive nutrition plans
- Ability to develop personalized plans for clients based on their individual needs and preferences

Location:
This position is located in Svalbard, a remote archipelago located between Norway and the North Pole. While this job is open to all qualified candidates regardless of nationality or location, preference will be given to those who are able to relocate or work remotely from Svalbard.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months.
