Industrial Architect - Design and Planning Specialist

The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and construction, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial structures that meet functional, safety, and aesthetic standards
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor needed for construction
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial design or architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation)
Location: US (open to candidates of all nationalities)
