Concierge Assistant - Contract Position

As a Concierge Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service and support to guests at a luxury hotel in the United States. Your main responsibilities will include assisting guests with their needs and requests, providing recommendations for local dining and activities, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You must have a friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

As a Concierge Assistant, you must be knowledgeable about the local area and able to make suggestions for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing based on guest preferences. You must also have strong organizational skills in order to track guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
