Industrial Architect

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for designing industrial structures? We are in search of an Industrial Architect to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of factories, warehouses, and other industrial facilities. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1400$ per month and is suitable for men without the need for prior experience or accommodation.

As an Industrial Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and analyzing site conditions, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Creating preliminary designs and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Developing detailed blueprints and construction plans
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Communicating with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and equipment for projects
- Managing project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in designing industrial structures
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
