Contract Civil Engineer - Bergen, Norway

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Bergen, Norway. As a Contract Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and determine requirements
- Create and review project plans, designs, and specifications
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Oversee the construction process, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure projects meet industry standards
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for site visits

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per week.
