Entry Level Loader Operator in Bergen, Norway

As an Entry Level Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating loading equipment to load and unload materials at our warehouse in Bergen, Norway. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We are looking for candidates without previous experience in this role, as we provide on-the-job training. However, experience in a similar field or with heavy machinery is preferred. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loading equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or storage areas
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading and unloading schedules
- Record inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to operate loading equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials, up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors

Preferred:
- Previous experience in operating heavy machinery or in a similar role
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading equipment operation
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
