Part-Time Office Manager
We are searching for a skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Bergen. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, making orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars for team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration is a plus
- Previous experience in an office management role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
