php Developer vacancy in Alta Norway

PHP Developer


We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join our growing team in Alta, Norway. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and websites. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month and visa sponsorship is available for non-Norwegian candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and create technical solutions
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Write secure code that follows industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in PHP, with knowledge of at least one PHP web framework (such as Laravel or CodeIgniter)
- Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Knowledge of database design and SQL syntax (MySQL preferred)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code
- Good understanding of website architecture and server-side maintenance tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working on large-scale web applications or e-commerce sites
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
