We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Greenland. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that leverage the power of machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Conduct data exploration, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Develop efficient data pipelines for model training and deployment
- Perform model evaluation and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Continuously research and experiment with new techniques in machine learning
- Communicate findings and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying ML models
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
