Malayalee Chef in Sheduva


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Chef to join our team in Sheduva. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Malayalee dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and managing the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare traditional Malayalee dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques
- Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes served
- Create new menus and recipes to keep up with current food trends
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef, preferably in a Malayalee cuisine restaurant
- Strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee ingredients, spices, and cooking methods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, so local candidates or those willing to relocate will be given preference.
