Industrial Alpinist - Kaunas, Lithuania


As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights, using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work primarily on industrial structures such as oil rigs, towers, bridges, and buildings. Safety is of the utmost importance in this physically demanding and high-risk profession.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections and maintenance of industrial structures at great heights
- Installing and removing equipment or materials using rope access techniques
- Performing repairs and renovations on structures as needed
- Cleaning and painting surfaces
- Operating hoists and cranes to transport materials
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to superiors
- Maintaining equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Certification in rope access techniques (e.g. IRATA)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for working at heights
- Physically fit with good balance and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions at great heights
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week. The company will provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for the selected candidate. Accommodation is not provided, but assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing.
