Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Part-time)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing an authentic Indian cuisine menu for our restaurant. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create an innovative menu featuring traditional Indian dishes
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and special promotions
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu items accordingly to maintain profitability
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new ingredients to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting, specializing in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Passion for creating unique dining experiences for guests from different cultural backgrounds
