Indian Executive Chef in Atlanta
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Atlanta. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing new menus, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Create and develop new menus that showcase the best of Indian cuisine.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments to menu items as needed.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with experience in traditional Indian cooking techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of international food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Creative mind with the ability to develop innovative menu items that appeal to customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
