Part-time Florist in Eldoret

We are looking for a skilled and creative Part-time Florist to join our team in Eldoret. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your main duties will include selecting and arranging flowers, processing orders, and maintaining the overall appearance of our shop.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for flowers and an eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. As a part-time position, the working hours may vary depending on the demand for our services.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements according to customer requests.
- Select the freshest flowers and greenery to use in arrangements.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in floral design.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
- Strong artistic abilities with an eye for design.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays when needed.

Salary: 1400$ per month (part-time)
