Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Balzers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing various types of facades on buildings and structures. This position requires someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess the condition of existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades
- Perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Install new facades according to specifications
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to industry standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in building maintenance or construction preferred
- Proven experience working with various types of facades (glass, metal, stone, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of facade installation techniques and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, carrying heavy materials, etc.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions if necessary

Salary:
$1300 per month

Location:
Balzers, Liechtenstein (Candidates from India or Africa are welcome)

Other Details:
This is a full-time position (part-time may be considered for students)
