We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. This full-time position offers a salary of $1100 and includes accommodation. We welcome all applicants, including those without prior experience, and can assist with obtaining a visa if necessary. This role is suitable for both men and women.

As an Office Assistant, your main responsibilities will be to provide support to the office staff and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This may include managing phone calls and emails, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining files and databases, and assisting with administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
