Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our company in Fonvieille. You will oversee a team of sales representatives and work closely with them to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives. Your main goal is to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and events to promote the company's products or services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing strategic sales plans
- Knowledge of market trends and competition
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
Location:
This job is located in Fonvieille but may require occasional travel within the country or internationally.
