Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting measurements and preparing data for construction, mapping, and other land-related projects. You will use various tools and technologies, such as GPS systems and total stations, to accurately collect data and create detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations to collect data
- Prepare accurate maps, reports, and diagrams based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of data
- Research and review property records to verify boundaries and legal descriptions
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures while conducting surveys
- Train junior surveyors on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, tools, and equipment
- Proficient in using GPS systems and total stations
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and legal documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Kuwait

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This is a full-time position that may require occasional overtime hours depending on project deadlines. English proficiency is not required for this role.
