Machine Operator (Indian Nationals)

Our manufacturing company in Doha is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and welcoming environment, where English is the primary language of communication. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, and presses
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as needed
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience working with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Knowledge of basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with CNC machines
- Technical certificate or degree in mechanical engineering or related field
