We are in search of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of properties to identify any repairs or issues.
- Perform various repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman work.
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues.
- Keep accurate records of work done and materials used.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with tenants, coworkers, and management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.
- Valid driver's license.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
