Experienced Gardener



Our company is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our company's gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning of all plants and flowers in the gardens
- Monitor and maintain the health of all plants, trees, and shrubs
- Regularly weed, mulch, trim, and shape garden beds
- Maintain lawn areas by mowing, edging, and aerating
- Ensure all garden equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Identify and treat any pest or disease issues in a timely manner
- Keep all garden areas clean and free of debris
- Create and maintain seasonal displays of flowers and plants
- Assist with the design of new garden layouts or improvements to existing gardens

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Gardener
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, pest control, and landscaping principles
- Ability to operate various gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, pruners, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Physically fit to handle the demands of outdoor work including heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members
