Retail Merchandiser - Acre, Israel

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores across Acre, Israel. You will be responsible for organizing and implementing merchandising strategies, as well as building and maintaining relationships with store managers and staff. This role is suitable for men who are looking for a full-time job without the need for prior experience or English language skills. Accommodation will also be provided.

As a Retail Merchandiser, your main responsibilities will include:

- Implementing merchandising plans to ensure our products are prominently displayed in retail stores
- Building relationships with store managers to negotiate optimal product placement and increase brand visibility
- Training store staff on product knowledge and effective merchandising techniques
- Conducting regular store visits to assess stock levels and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotions
- Maintaining accurate records of product sales and inventory levels
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to make informed merchandising decisions

Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail merchandising is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store managers and staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective planning and execution of merchandising strategies
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange product displays as needed
- Fluency in Malayalee or Urdu preferred but not required

Salary: 1700$ per month
