Senior Accountant



We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of our company. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards
- Manage the month-end close process and ensure timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to ensure adequate funding for operations
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance to accounting staff on complex accounting issues or transactions
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial projections
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws by staying up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or related field
- CPA license preferred
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP principles and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances in financial data
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work product
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
