Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Open to English-speaking foreigners)
Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)


We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and cold-calling
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profits
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
